Can you pleas reply back with the model number of the Klipsch subwoofer(s) you're trying to connect?

Thanks. Upon reviewing the question- what exactly is the problem you're having? Is there simply no sound coming from the subwoofers once they're connected?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
no sound coming through
Expert:  Aric replied 2 months ago.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
We watched a video that had them set to large, let me change that
Expert:  Aric replied 2 months ago.

Okay, let me know what happens.
