Hello, my name is***** to Justanswer! Give me just a few minutes to look up some specifics, I'm working on this now.

Expert:  Rusty replied 9 months ago.

Is it just one key, or is it multiple keys?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
The entire keyboard transposes to another key, so not just one key

Unplug it for one minute. When you plug it in, does it function at first and get worse, or is the problem always there? Is your transpose setting set to 0?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
it's 0, it progresses worse once you turn it on.

That's a hardware failure in your tone generator. To be honest, it will likely be more to fix than to repair. It's the second worst thing that can happen to a digital piano. The electronics are old and worn out.

I'm sorry to have to be the one to tell you this. You can contact Roland and get a second opinion, they are in Ontario, CA. (323)(###) ###-####/strong>
