Customer Question

Hi Rusty, I'm trying to play into Sibelius 7 but I only get crotchets and no rhythm. I'm also trying to write for organ and can't get the music over two staves even though I've highlighted the two organ staves. It just plays on the treble stave. Can you help? Thanks, Keith

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've yet to find a viable troubleshooting method.
JA: Anything else you want the instrument expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'd be happy just to be able to input what I play for now.

Are you using Step-Time input? In Step Time you can only enter on one staff at a time.

Try using Flexi-Time input to use both staves.
