took a dump i was able to get a used replacement since I perform tonight but I can not remember how to activate the expansion board. Is anyone there? I called the other day and was on hold for more than 45 min three different times
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: roland td 20 drum module I got them when they first came out @2009 and bought the expansion board shortly there after
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: While I was performing last week all three tom triggers were mis fireing the sounds above and below the selected sound..I replaced cords inter changes pads no difference I think there is a problem with the insert board in the module but im out of time

When the expansion board is installed, the sound module will automatically detect it.
