Hi what's up
Expert:  ITPeter replied 1 year ago.

Are the knobs physically moving up the board, or is it just the levels that are maxing out?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
If I raise the knobs they just go back down on their own
Expert:  ITPeter replied 1 year ago.

Ok, then something is shorting them out...

was there a power outage or thunderstorm that caused the alarm to go off?

If so, a resultant power surge may have damaged the GSR24.
