I have a roland Juno d Synthesizer, and reasons I can't get

I have a roland Juno d Synthesizer, and for some reasons I can't get sound out of the keys. I have factory reset it and I have gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions in the owners manual. and still nothing. any ideas?

The two things I can think of in this sort of case is, to check whether

A. the headphone jack has a jack in it, and

B. whether the MIDI OUT is enabled, which may cut off sound from the speakers.
