Customer Question

I have a Baldwin Pianovelle and the keys make noise as if felt is wearing out, is there anything I can do? Also two white keys are 3/8" higher than the rest showing considerable felt wear, one which makes a noise when depressing the key as if it is hitting something. I have quit playing it and I really miss the stress relief. Thanks for reading this!

Hello Barb,

If the piano is more than a few years old, then the felts will indeed need replacing, and this will give you great quality sound for several more years to come.

Happy New Year!
