Customer Question

Just got a Lighted Keyboard EZ 220-61. Problem is that the keys only light up only the firts 27 left hand keys. Do I have a faulty unit or am I missing something in the setup configuration?

Hello. My name is Michael. I can help you with your question.

This is not by design. You shouldn't be able to turn off half the keyboard - for that reason, I would have to say that you have a defective unit. If you purchased it new, I would definitely just exchange it for a replacement.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
