Customer Question

Hi, i have a jamman delay looper pedal and im having a problem. The loop up and loop down buttons seem to be permanently engaged so its constantly scrolling up through loop numbers on the display (and so i cant use it).
Have you encountered this before? Any advice?
Thank you

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...

Initially, bear with us; post back with clear closeup pictures of the "...loop up and loop down buttons..." or perhaps better yet, the actual switches underneath the buttons.

Still, the described symptom almost always point to an internal hardware issue or more particularly, the actual switches underneath the buttons. If comfortably able and feel safe to do so, are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, do you have access to and familiar with a multi-meter and even a soldering iron?
