Customer Question

I have a CVP-301 and the keys are starting to stick, especially the B before middle C. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Sticky keys are usually caused by an accumulation of dirt and debris underneath them.

Normally, a service engineer will disassemble the keyboard and use contact cleaner to clean the contacts underneath the keys and restore them to normal working condition again.

Let me know if you need assistance finding a repairer in your area.

Sorry Pete, but I just called Andy and he only works on acoustic pianos. Can I get a number of a legit repair person?
