Hi and welcome back to JustAnswer,
Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...
Initially, F3 works in conjunction with F5 for the ±24V rail. These voltages also provide the raw supply to the ±15V. Potential suspects then would be:
• regulators 2 X 3-terminal (least likely);
• capacitors 4 X 15000µF/35V (likely);
• 8A/100PIV bridge diode (most likely).
The "...No sound from left channel ..." can either be power supply related also or an OP-Amp circuit issue.
Are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, do you have access to and familiar with a multimeter and even a soldering iron?

Great on the DIY!
Please post back results / observations of the above once the above listed parts have been checked. Respectively, these are:
• regulators U30 and U31;
• capacitors C103, C108, C109 & C113;
• bridge diode D23.
