Hi there,
Check if you can hear any sound through the headphones.
If you can hear sound through the headphones, but not through the speakers, then the tiny microswitch inside the headphone socket may be stuck on and will need to be released.
If no sound can be heard through the headphones then the keyboard likely has an electronic fault. One or more of the parts on the main board inside the keyboard has likely failed, and will need to be replaced. You can obtain a replacement circuit board from Korg if you wish to carry out the repair yourself.
