Grounding question for lightning protection, Just started. I

I have a very large home in the NW mountains that has a very flat roof except it has a 20 foot mast holding a weather system in the center of the roof that appears ripe for a lightning strike the housae is three stoiries tall and about half way down the side is a telephone junction that is also not grounded and the feed line is about 1000 feet from the road that is grounbded there.
