Customer Question

I purchased a low voltage 300 watt digital transformer for 20 watt flood lights for outdoors. The charts given only go up to 150 feet... My question is, how many feet can I go up to for this transformer? 150 ft will not go all the way around my house...
JA: Have you talked to an electrician about your transformer?
Customer: No
JA: How long has this been going on with your transformer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have not yet hooked it up... just purchased it...
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Yes, can I hook up (3) 75 ft cables and will the lights work?

The 150ft limit is related to the maximum distance considering voltage drop. Installing 3- 75ft cables is the way to go.
