JUST NOTICED MY MICROWAVE AND EXPRESSO MACHINES PARTIALLY WORKING LIKE LOW POWER. ALSO NOTICED KITCHEN LIGHTS ARE A BIT DIM.

RAINED 1 WEEK AGO AND WATER SEEMS TO HAVE SEEPED INTO OUTSIDE LIGHTS SWITCH AS THEY WOULD NOT TURN OFF. I UNSCREWED THE BULBS FOR NOW.

i think i do

You need to test the breakers at the service panel for voltage. Test each single pole breaker to neutral bar. Let me know the readings.

I suggest unplugging the microwave and any affected electronics. The low voltage could damage those types of items.
