The appliances should be on their own circuit. Replacing the fuse with a bigger one isn't advised. Its size is determined by the wire size not what you plug into the receptacle.

Its a portable. Dryer it has a fuse in it its not blowing the circuit. Just the fuse inside the dryer

OK, if it came with a 15Amp fuse that is as the manufacture wanted. The cause of it blowing is an internal issue with the dryer. Upping the fuse will only make the problem worst and could cause a fire or a shock hazard. You need to have a service call made.
