Hello and welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you with your electrical question.

1) You really need to consider in doing a panel upgrade and de-install the outdated FPE panel. FPE panels are known safety issues within the electrical industry. FPE is long gone and no longer in business. You will not be able to purchase a new replacement breaker.

See this link regarding FPE panel issues: http://www.ismypanelsafe.com/fpe.aspx

2) Your only resource is to search e-bay or Craigs List or maybe some local electrical supply stores and try to locate a refurbished or used breaker.
