I had an arc when...
I had an arc when closing a box, a wire got pinched, the circuit that immediately turned off is a lighting circuit fed from a dimmer panel, the breaker never tripped and I now have 50 volts between the hot and the neutral when I'm suppose to have 110 volts, I think I lost my neutral, how do I fix this, it is an emergency!
