I have a hampton...

I have a hampton bay ceiling fan w/lights 2 yrs ago we had a power outage and my remote hasn't worked since then Do you know how thw four levers shpuld be set ON DIP

Contractor's Assistant: Have you tried power cycling the appliance -- unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?

It was installed from the home owners in the ceiling and wall

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

I was hoping there is an order to put the switches

Contractor's Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?

The light is 4 movable lights, so not one globe
