Customer Question

I just purchased a horse walker with a single phase motor with 6 leads and Drum reversing switch wired for 110v. I want to change it to 220v.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: For a while now. My other walker was set up on 220 and worked fine.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I have done house wiring and automotive but the Drum switch and going from 110 to 220 has me stumped.
JA: How old is the system in question? And have you consulted an electrician yet?
