A electrician wired my electricity and gas together inside my control Bix which runs my hot water and gas central heating. Omg it's ten years it's been like this. Is it dangerous and does it mean I been paying for both. Eg if I put heating on would hot water be on aswell due to wiring please. Need help my bills are high 😱😔

Everything requiring an electrical feed requires that it be grounded. Grounding has nothing to do with you having high bills. It is a safety for the appliance and the circuit.
