Hello and welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you with your electrical question.

1) Can you provide me with the model number of the Lutron dimmer?

2) Do you have a multi-meter available to take a few voltage measurements?

Hi, IU'm Mike G and I'll be assisting you. As the previous expert requested, it would help knowing the model number. Without that info, I suspect it is for setting the bottom of the dimming control for LED lamps.
