I dropped a plugged in air pump into a bucket of water in my garage, and now none of the electrical outlets work. I checked the circuit breaker, and nothing is changed...what did I do, and how can I fix it??

Go and check if near by GFCI plug is not working if not reset and check the garage plug.

If that is not the case then I will try the electrical panel again some times the breaker is striped and don't show it.
