Welcome to

The code requires the electrical system to be bonded to the cold water piping when the piping is metal. The size wire for this connection depends upon the size of the electrical service. Is this a 200 amp panel?

Additionally, the code requires a supplemental ground rod at the meter. For 200 amp service, this and bonding conductor above should be a minimum #4 copper conductor.

Clearances for appliances are not covered by the electrical code.
