Ok i looked @ art 220.84 so basically if i am running 1 main

ok i looked @ art 220.84
so basically if i am running 1 main panel @ 100amps for first floor. 1 - 200 amp main panel w/ 2 - 100 amp subs for 2nd and 3rd flr and a main common panel @ 100amps with a 100 amp sub for garage i can size the copper service wires to 200 amps. because 400 x .45 = 180 amps as the demand for 400 amps?
