Hello. My name is ***** ***** will try to guide you through this....this type of breaker has a sort of double trip feature... One is for overcurrent and there is a magnetic section that could be our problem.... Normally, if a breaker of that current trips, the tab would trip to a bit more than 1/2 way to off Position.. This may be obvious and can happen if the breaker is Jarred and banged... similar to household breaker....the magnetic portion may be stuck in a trip position thus not allowing you to reset the breaker...I would suggest trying to flip the switch off then on, then off... if it still will not reset, there should be a small dial to adjust the magnetic trip... try to adjust this rating by small amount then set it back to normal.... EAch breaker should be set to a number to protect the device....The other option may be that the( if the breaker is ok)... that the power feed should come in on top and the load on the bottom.... If its not, please reverse the wires so that the internal circuit will work properly
