Mike, I checked voltage at one of the V generator outlets, at 2 UPSes, and several house outlets on 3 floors in the house. All read 152 volts. Tom

OK, that indicates that the issue is the generator output. You'll need to have the voltage regulator checked. I'll opt out there not being anything else I can suggest.
