I am attempting to repace a programmable thermostat

I am attempting to repace a programmable thermostat for a baseboard heater with an rlv4305. Form the wall I have 2 whiite wires and 2 black wires. From the old unit I have 2 red wires and 2 black wires. I am confused as to how to connect them up. Can u help?

I have 4 wires coming from the old thermostat and 4 from the junction box on the wall.
