I am just starting, I am putting in new 200 amp service. I plan on using 4/-4/0-2/0 alum entrance cable in 2" conduit into meter socket. From there to an outside disconnect. Grounding the disconnect with #4 bare copper to my grounding rods. Using 4/0-4/0-2/0 with #4 bare copper ground into the house in 2 1/2" conduit, into the main panel making it a sub panel.
