Dimmer switch not working

Customer Question

Dimmer switch not working

Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be assisting you. You'll need to test the line and load of the switch with a 2 wire voltage tester or if you don't have a tester, remove the wires and touch them together to see if the light works. If it does replace the dimmer. If it doesn't we can continue troubleshooting.
