Hi Amy, welcome to

Do you have a meter or test light?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  ProGrade replied 1 year ago.

Is it possible to check voltage at the fixture or have you done this? What voltage do you have?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
This is a three way and the light turns on but the led doesn't and I can't control the light. The light and the power come into this box and the travelers goes to the second switch
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Not sure about voltage??? Don't know how
Expert:  ProGrade replied 1 year ago.

Is this the indicator light on the dimmer that is coming on?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
When connected the indicator light isn't illuminated
Expert:  ProGrade replied 1 year ago.

If it's possible to get to the black and white conductors you would test for voltage across them with the dimmer on - carefully, one lead on the black and other lead on the white with the meter set for voltage . Just need to know if voltage is getting to the fixture. Thanks

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry not understanding, confirmed the bottom left wire coming in is the power. The top left wire is the light and the third is the traveler.
Expert:  ProGrade replied 1 year ago.

You would need to test for voltage at the fixture with the dimmer ON

Expert:  ProGrade replied 1 year ago.

I will opt out so others can explain it. Be advised that not all LEDs work with all dimmers. Good luck.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's not an led light it's the indicator on the dimmer switch

Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be assisting you. I just checked the Leviton site regarding your dimmers. They state that the location LED doesn't work on all applications. If they control the lights as intended, that's all you can expect.
