Just wired the bathroom and when i turn the breaker on the light stays on in the bathroom, switch has no effect

One of the black wires is to the light and is terminated on the switch. The other 2 connect together with a jumper wire that connected to the second termination on the switch. A voltage tester would help in identifying the hot wire and the wire to the light when touched to the hot would identify it.
