Customer Question

Please help. We live in a remote part of Australia and there is no electrician available. One of the breakers has tripped and won't re set. We have unplugged everything and tried pushing all the way to off then to on but it just doesn't stay. Or if it does stay the power is still not working. Please help it's very hot without any fans or air con running.
