Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be glad to assist you. Is the new timer an Intermatic and how many and what color are the leads from it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

I think my light bulb is bad. And will change it tomorrow. I know I have paid for the service in advance. But if you could refund a partial, I would appreciate it. Thanks

You have it wired correctly. The instructions caution that it needs a good ground. Try connecting the ground wire to the white wire only.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the ground is good. I tried the timer at different location and works fine. and If itake ot the light bulb, it has no display, so leads me to believe it is the bulb.
