Tried to install fixture, but power went out in that room.

Customer Question

Tried to install fixture, but power went out in that room. Disconnected everything back to the original state, flipped breakers off and on (all) and still no power in just that room.

1) Do you have a 2 wire lead AC voltage tester (a contact type) or better yet, an AC voltmeter available?
2) How many total house wires in the light fixture box and the wire colors?
3) Any GFCI receptacles on this circuit that may have tripped or does the circuit breaker contain a "Test" button?
4) What are the wire colors for the wall switch that controls the light?
