What are the torque specs for GE spectra panelboards, 480 volt? Both breaker to buss and wire to breaker?

Just downloaded their file and then uploaded it to a free share site.
Copy and paste this link into your web browser.
When the page loads, scroll down to the GRAY "Download this file" button
Click the button and there will be a small block open with a set of letters as a key
Type those letters into the open area above the "download now" button.
Once typed in, click the "download now button" and a window will open
and you can download the file to save on your PC
for printing out and review.
