Now..which model PanelView is it? 600? 800? 1000?
Is the panelview completely dead or is it powered up but with no image on the screen?
Please let me know so that we can continue.

Voltage on the interlock was 24 coming in. The operator shut off the unit with an estop and the screen never came up. Also our mechanic hampered the interlock and fried the power supply

You there
Expert:  Steve G. replied 2 years ago.
Ok, so it is the power supply.
That can be repaired but you would need to send it away.
Is that something you are willing to do?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
We ordered a new one but our panel view was out. Is it just bad?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Ok thank you

You just told me that you fried the power supply. Are you referring to the power supply in the panelview or an external supply?
