My Maytag Drier Model No. MDE5500AYW

My Maytag Drier Model No. MDE5500AYW won't start at all, and seems to not be receiving any electrical current at all, I have no idea what's going on. I restarted the 30amp circuit breaker several times, to no avail. Please help.

We will need one for sure, since it is a 240 volt plug. Can you borrow one from a neighbor, our purchase one? Then we can continue. Before we stop today. When you reset the breaker, did you turn it to the full of position first. Then to the full on position? Also was the breaker in the middle position, when you first saw it?
