Purchased 220V steam shower from USA. Wiring includes 1 Black, 1 White and ! Green wire. My 220C source supply has 1 black, 1 red, 1 white and 1 bare copper ground wire. How do I connect the shower to my source supply?
Hi, I'm Mike and I'll be glad to assist you. If the unit is labeled 220V then the white is hot and not a neutral. Connect as follows.

Black to Black
Red to White
Ground to Ground

The Neutral from the panel isn't required.

How is the circuit completed without the white neutral connection.
Hot to Hot = 240V
Hot to Neutral = 120V

If the name plate says 240V you don't need a Neutral. It could have been fed with a 2 wire w/ground cable

The name plate says 220V. Does that change the set-up
220V or 240V it's nominal. Same as stated.
