I am trying to install a new combination switch, single pole/3 way. One switch, 2 separate circuits. The swithes I'm replacing were orig to house (55 yrs). Well, single pole is fine. The 3 way worked fine then it went funky; the primary (comb switch) would turn te lights on & off but the secondary switch won't do anything. Then the secondary would work OK buth the primary won,t. At that point, I changed the secondary switch; NOW nothing works.
