JA: Have you changed a battery before?
Customer: yes
JA: What is the model/year of your electric?
Customer: 2006 36v model ?
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes and tested batteries all checked 6v
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Make of cart? Do you have voltage to the key switch? Look at the battery charger connection on the cart, for a fuse just behind the receptical. Fuse may be blown, not letting any voltage go to the key switch.
