Gas cart or electric? Do you have voltmeter to test battery voltage? Batteries submerged for 8 hours usually do not recover and will need to be replaced. With gas cart, engine needs to be drained and flushed and transmission drained and refilled. Electric cart, tranmision has to be drained, electric motor cleaned, batteries replaced and likely the controller and solenoids replaced. ??? Was it covered under insurance?

Ok, where do you want to start? Ezgo or Club Car? Do you have a voltmeter? Any charge in any of the batteries? Charger water soaked? Controller and all switches will need o be checked or replaced. have you drained the transmission to see if it is filled with water/?
