Customer Question

I HAVE AN OLDER melex electric cart. I was driving along and we stopped. Motor kept running, when you put your foot on accelerator a noise occurs in the back but the cart goes nowhere. It is like the drive shaft is not connected.

Drive motor may have a stripped coupler between motor and transmission. Or one of the drive hubs on the wheels can be stripped. Raise the rear of the cart, and see if you can determine where the noise is, at the wheels or at the drive motor.
