Customer: Bought it used from a shop that rennovated it a couple of years ago and it has never happened previously
JA: What is the model of your '09 electric?
Customer: EZYGO RXV
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: If it is simple, we will try to fix. I would like to drive it home. We have only turned the tow switch off and on and played with the ignition switch.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: No. I think this is an issue that has happened with many others according to the internet. But, can't find an answer for fixing it.

RXV has the electric brake. The brake has to have 48 volts to release it. Do you have full 48 volts to the brake on the drive motor?

You can remove the bolts holding the brake to the motor and drive the cart.
