Will cart run? Ezgo ro ClubCar? Does charger male any kind of noise when attached to cart? Do you have a voltmeter to test voltage at he carts connection? Typical charger does not start charger because the voltage is too low to close the internal relay.

I see a new question. Please answer to this one. If you do not have 48 volts at the charger receptacle. you have a problem with the wires from the connection, to the battery pack. It should read same as battery pack. 48 volts/
