Does the charger come on when attached to cart? Charger makes voltage test before it starts, and if it does not start, there is a bad cable or connection in the primary battery cable circuit.

Can you jump across the solenoid with a jumper cable?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Tell me how to do that
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

You have to use jumper to connect the two cable connections, A battery cable or a good jumper cable, will do. The see if cart will run.
