Electric Vehicles precedent: I purchased a two yr old cart

Customer Question

I purchased a two yr old cart last oct (2015) a drove 4 or 5 times for 10 to 20 minutes each time. Stored in our garage (insulated but not heated) thru out winter, plugged in charger and plugged into cart nothing happens, I thought maybe the charger went bad so tried another charger and still nothing shows on new charger and cart is dead. Ideas ?? Thanks

Batteries are too low to close the internal relay in the charger. Do you have 4, 12 volt batteries or 6, 8 volt batteries?

You can use automotive 12 volt charger to charge one battery at a time to get voltage above 30 volts , so reay will close and start the cart charger.

Did you get my response and get battery voltage up?
