Use six point socket, electric impact for taking tires off, if you have access to one. Or use breaker bar and cheater pipe for more torque! If it just spins and will not come off, take a grinder or cut off tool and split nut as best you can, and use a chisel to split the nut,and finish the job. Stud may need to be replaced if threads are bad, which will require removing the brake drum.
