Do you have a voltmeter? Check the voltage at the charger receptial on the cart.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
If less that 30 volts you have battery or cable problem in the primary circuit. The wires and cables from the charger port to the battery pack, back to the charger port.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The voltage at the cart charger port is 37.1 volts.

I assume cart is 36 volts, so it should have come on. Does it do anything? No click when plugged in?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I checked all wires and connections with my Digital Multimeter---all were OK. I then jumpered the relay to operate the charger manually and it charged just fine. But with the control board back into the system, it does not turn on. So, I have ordered another control board. One wire connected to the relay showed evidence of charring. I will replace the charred prong.Ray (Electrical Engineer)

Sounds like the problem! Control board has to close the relay. Thanks!
