So my daughters after school program is requiring that I pay

Customer Question

So my daughters after school program is requiring that I pay speperatly for an iad because of her disspablity. They don't recevie federal funding so I guess that might be ok as it relates to 504 but what if the afterschool receives indirect benefits from the school like reduced rent inthe school building or that sort of thing.

Indirect benefits may be used by the school to subsidize other resources the school needs in the after-school program and therefore may not be available for discretionary items such as iPads.
